This ramp is located in the sheltered waters of the Leschenault Inlet and gives boaters direct access to Koombana Bay through a set of floodgates. Boaters must be aware that these gates may be closed due to inclement weather and must be prepared to retrieve at an alternative ramp. That being said, in conditions which would cause this to occur, boats should not be on the water anyway. It is suitable for craft of all sizes and is easy to launch from. Located in the heart of Bunbury it is very popular with locals fishing both in and offshore.
